Customer service is great, they were super helpful before placing the order. Once the unit came it was in good condition. Doors were slightly offset but customer service arranged for someone to come and fix it within the hour. Overall very happy with the purchase.

A+ for service. Love the design of the floating bed and backlit LED light. However the bed frame size is 1-2inch smaller than the bed itself so it hangs out a bit at the other end. Reported it to Cuura space and they compensated me for this faulty.
